General Unit
Our all facility including General unit has been audited and approved by the Regulatory Authority (DGDA). This unit possesses the establishment of pharmaceutical dosage forms meeting Commercial supply and patient demand. This unit is designed and commissioned as per cGMP guidelines. It provides larger capacity and a stronger platform to manufacture value added generics for Domestic & Global Markets along with offering the company as an attractive manufacturing facility.
Penicillin Unit
As per WHO cGMP guideline, to prevent cross-contamination of other drugs with penicillin, finished pharmaceutical manufacturers are required to establish a comprehensive separate manufacturing unit. Accordingly, Navana has a dedicated Penicillin manufacturing unit which is fabricated with modern equipment and machineries to ensure global standard of penicillin products.
Cephalosporin Unit
According to cGMP regulations, separate facility for Cephalosporin is required to prevent cross-contamination with other non-cephalosporin products in order to minimize the risk of a serious medical hazard. In this regards, Navana Pharmaceuticals has a dedicated Cephalosporin facility in a completely separate building and produce quality product robustly.
Small Volume Parenteral & Ophthalmic Unit
From the view of Quality and zero defect concept to provide better products, Navana established an ophthalmic facility. It is well-equipped with technologically advanced equipment and it strictly maintains quality standards. All sterile products are manufactured in a specially controlled aseptic environment, where it has the highest quality checking in every steps.
Veterinary Unit
Navana Pharmaceuticals has dedicated veterinary facility to meet up the demand of our valued customer. This unit is designed and commissioned as per cGMP requirement. It provides larger capacity and a stronger platform to manufacture all doses forms of veterinary products. Navana has Licensed to manufacture all doses forms of Veterinary product from Directorate General of Drug Administration & Licensing Authority (Drugs), Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.
